ETI Scholarships

Thanks to the continued support of the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation (MCPF), Executive Training Institute (ETI) scholarships are available to police chiefs from agencies with ten or fewer officers.

In 2024, MCPF increased the number of ETI scholarships available. In previous years, the Foundation awarded five $1,000 scholarships. In 2024, they doubled that number to offer ten $1,000 scholarships.

These scholarships provide a valuable opportunity for chiefs from small agencies to attend ETI at no cost to their department, ensuring that financial constraints do not stand in the way of professional development and training.

If your agency has ten or fewer officers, we encourage you to apply online for a chance to receive a $1,000 scholarship to attend ETI in Rochester in April 2025. The application link will be available soon.
